- 25 cumulative operating hours

Defect Resolution: During the warranty period, should any issues occur, including hidden defects or material discrepancies, provide written notice within 2 days. We commit to replacing any faulty products/components within 7 days of receiving notice at no cost to you.
Repair Service: For repair inquiries, we pledge to offer an initial response within 2 business days.
We will complete repairs within 7 business days after both parties reach agreement on the repair solution.
