1. Daily maintenance: Regularly check the tightness of each engine connector and pipeline, and clean the engine surface.
2. Troubleshooting: If you encounter problems such as engine performance degradation and abnormal noise, follow the maintenance manual and troubleshooting process.
Every hour the engine runs, please check the following:
-Whether the engine casing is burned or discolored.
-Whether the engine mounting bracket is intact.
-Whether the air inlet and impeller are intact.
-Whether there is leakage in the oil system and whether the oil filter is blocked.
Bearing: Manually turn the rotor and carefully identify the sound of the bearing. If there is a "rustling" sound, the bearing may be slightly damaged due to impurities or improper cooling. It is recommended to use clean fuel or replace the oil filter. If the bearing is obviously damaged after inspection, it is forbidden to use the engine again, and contact the after-sales staff to replace the bearing.
3. Maintenance cycle: The regular maintenance cycle of the engine is: 25h/time per cumulative running time.
If the engine has been dropped, there is a lot of dust in the air, or it runs at high speed for a long time, the bearing life will be shortened. The maintenance content is to replace the bearing, re-balance, inspect and test the whole machine, and return it to the factory for repair. The engine life is directly related to the operating environment and operating methods. Each part of the engine has been specially designed. Do not disassemble or assemble it at will.
4. Warranty period: 12 months from the date of acceptance, 25 hours of cumulative use, and 50 starts (whichever comes first) is the free warranty period.
5. After-sales warranty instructions
During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems such as manufacturing and installation, it is the responsibility of the supplier, and the supplier shall implement the three guarantees. If parts need to be replaced, the replaced parts will be recycled by the supplier and the ownership will be enjoyed.
